TFP specializes in providing finance for the following purposes which are outlined in greater detail below:

1) To pay a supplier overseas, for example in China, for a container of goods. 100% of the Invoice amount is paid to the suppliers bank account by wire transfer.

In order to accomplish this an invoice from the supplier is required, plus a Bill of Lading . Prior to each wire transfer being sent, the borrower or importer would sign the wire transfer authorization form, to confirm each payment. The supplier would receive his payment , within 48 hours and the term of the loan would start from the day the funds are sent to the supplier. The term of the loan could be 30, 60, 90, 120 days. No interest is paid or owed on the facility unless it has been drawn down.

2) To pay a local Australian based supplier for goods. The loan would function as per point 1) above though generally a Bill of Lading is usually not applicable. Local Australian suppliers would be paid by wire transfer in Australian Dollars.

3) Export Finance: In the event an Exporter of goods , based in Australia wishes to receive cash upfront for goods that are exported - then up to 80% of the invoice is advanced to the exporter. The remaining 20% is received when the customer pays the invoices (from which the interest charges are deducted). The balance goes to the exporter.

4) Financing Large Orders to Blue Chip clients
If a small growing company ( with a weak balance sheet ) received an order from a relatively large customer ( such as an Myer, Rebel Sports, Harvey Norman, Selfridges etc ) then it is possible to utilize the credit strength of the purchaser of the goods to provide inventory finance to the seller.
